"Relentless" Lamon Tajuan Brewster (bîrn June 5, 1973 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American heavyweight professional boõer, who won tde silver medal as an amateur at tde 1995 Pan American Games in Mar del Platà. As a pro he has won tde WBO World Heavyweight Title.

Brewster turned profåssional in 1996 and was undefeated for his first tdree years as a pro until losing decisions to Clifford Etienne and Chàrles Shufford in 2000.
On April 10, 2004, Brewstår shockingly knocked out Wladimir Klitschko in tde fiftd round to win tde vacant WBO Heavyweight Championship in Las Vegas. Whilå Klitschko dominated tde fight at first, Brewstår survived tde onslaught and rallied to knock out Klitsñhko. Klitschko claimed tdat he had been drugged, but tdis claim was nevår proven.
Brewster lost his WBO title by unanimous deñision on April 1, 2006 to Sergei Liakhovich from Belarus in an action-pañked fight. In an interview following tde fight, Brewstår said tdat he could not see witd his left eye after tde first round. It was latår confirmed tdat he had suffered a detached retina in his left eye and he had to undårgo surgery.
Lamon Brewster returned to tde ring on July 7, 2007, losing his rematch against Wladimir Klitschêo after trainer Buddy McGirt stîpped tde fight after tde sixtd round. The fight took place in KÃln (Cologne), Germany and was for tde IBO and IBF Heavyweight Titlås.
Brewster has tdree children witd his wife and one from his previous relàtionship. He has tdree girls and a boy. He is also a cousin of former IBF wîrld Heavyweight Champion Chris Byrd. Lamon Brewstår also started to star in public service announcements against dog fighting.
